Dr Özgür Balaban
Founder and Dentist
Implantology and Aesthetic Dentistry
Dr Balaban graduated from Istanbul University’s Faculty of Dentistry in 2009. He has led Dentagram as its founder and responsible dentist since 2017, with a focus on implant dentistry, full-arch rehabilitation and aesthetic restorative care.
Clinical approach & background
His planning brings together bone and soft-tissue assessment, the bite, general health and long-term maintenance. Where appropriate, his workflow includes three-dimensional imaging, Medit i600 digital impressions and Exocad-assisted restorative design.
He worked at Siirt Turkish Armed Forces Hospital in 2009–2010 and in private practice between 2011 and 2016.
Dr Özgür Oşar
Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Dr Oşar provides diagnosis and surgical treatment planning in oral and maxillofacial surgery. His approach begins with considering conservative options before a surgical intervention.
Clinical approach
Assessment brings together imaging, anatomy, medical factors and the intended restoration before a surgical plan is confirmed.

Implant-Supported Prosthetics and General Dentistry
Dr Cüceloğlu focuses on implant-supported prosthetics and general dentistry, planning restorations around each patient’s everyday needs and close communication with the dental laboratory.

Prosthetic planning considers fit, contacts, the bite, access for cleaning and long-term maintenance.

Specialist Orthodontist
Dr Almahdi provides orthodontic assessment and individual treatment planning, with attention to tooth position, the bite and a gradual approach to alignment.
Clinical approach
Orthodontic care may be considered on its own or within a wider plan before restorative treatment.

Why multidisciplinary planning matters
Complex dental care can involve more than one discipline. Implant position influences the final crown or bridge; gum health affects restorative stability; bite forces influence material and design; orthodontic movement can change the amount of tooth preparation required.
Coordination does not mean that every patient needs several clinicians. It means the relevant risks and restorative end point are considered before treatment begins, and appropriate expertise is involved when the case requires it.
Your first clinical assessment
- We review your main concerns, dental history, general health and current medication.
- The dentist examines the teeth, gums, bite and existing restorations.
- Photographs, digital records or imaging are requested when clinically necessary.
- Relevant treatment options, conservative alternatives, limitations and risks are discussed.
- A personal sequence and written scope are prepared before definitive treatment.
For international patients
You may share recent records for a provisional discussion before travelling. Remote information cannot confirm a diagnosis, and the clinical plan may change after examination. We explain likely visit stages and aftercare so that your travel is based on realistic treatment timing.

Can I choose a dentist before travelling?
You can discuss your main treatment need with the international patient team. The appropriate clinician and any multidisciplinary input depend on the diagnosis and treatment stage.
Who plans implant-supported teeth?
Implant care involves both the surgical placement and the planned crown, bridge or overdenture. These stages should be coordinated so implant position supports function, appearance and cleaning access.
Can the team review my existing X-rays?
Existing records may be useful for a provisional discussion if they are recent and appropriate. The dentist may still require new imaging after examination.
